LANNEN, Ruairi (Czech Republic, Galway and Dublin) - July 1, 2019, (unexpectedly), aged 44 years, adoring father of Anna and Tommy, beloved and cherished son of Killian and Mary, dearly loved brother and friend of Stephen, Caitriona, Nicola and Killian. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam. Removal tomorrow (Friday) morning to the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar, for Requiem Mass at 11.30 o'c, followed by Funeral to Mount Jerome Crematorium. LANNEN Ruairi - On the first anniversary of his death, Ruairi's children; Anna and Tommy together with his parents, Mary and Killian wish to extend their thanks to all who knew and loved Ruairi. Thanks also from Ruairi's aunties and uncles and siblings Stephen, Caitriona, Nicola and Killian and in-laws Fiach, Brit and Brigie. Together we would like to express our sincerest gratitude for the overwhelming love and support we received during this sad time. In particular his closest friends Dr Jason Macmahon, Eddie Dillon, Julian Grant and Ian Hasselacher, along with Ruairi's cousin Marc Flanagan. A special appreciation to Abbot Christopher Dillon together with the monks of Glenstal Abbey and the Church of The Three Patrons, Rathgar who collectively did such a wonderful job of celebrating Ruairi's life. In addition, Jeremy Morgan for his beautiful delivery of Ruairi's favorite music. He is forever missed by us all, but we enjoy our happy memories, of which there are many.'However far away, we will always love you'
