McALISTER, John BDS (Terenure, Dublin 6W) - June 6, 2015. Unexpectedly but peacefully at St. James's Hospital, Dublin; much loved husband of the late Nuala (1980) and father of Vivian, Conor, Mary, Triona and the late John (1984). He will be sadly missed by his sisters Evelyn (Walsh), Katie (McGing) and Mary (O'Sullivan), daughters-in-law Christiane and Gervaise, son-in-law Ralph; his grandchildren Chioni, Chryssa, Chloe, Ailbhe, Nicola, Zita, John, Aisling and Clodagh, his seven great-grandchildren in Canada, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Removal this Monday evening from Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road to Terenure College Chapel arriving at 6pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 11am followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.Rest in Peace.
McALISTER, John (died June 6, 2015) - Vivian, Conor, Mary, Triona and Johnny's sisters, Katie and Mary, along with his extended family would like to thank all those who offered their sympathy, support and friendship at the time of our sad loss and over the past year. Special thanks to his long time friend Fr. Denis Foley and to the Carmelite Community in Terenure College. Mass for Johnny's First Anniversary will be celebrated on Monday, June 6, in Terenure College at 9.30am and in St. Brigid's, Rosslare Strand at 10.00am.
