MAHER (Bridget) Delia, (Rathgar, Dublin) (Died 19 June 2009). Delia's family, her sons Tom and Oliver, her daughter Mary (Hanley), son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews would like to thank the very many people who sympathised with us in our sad loss. Delia was a true friend and touched many lives in a lot of ways. To those who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence and floral tributes, made calls and attended her Mass and Funeral, many having travelled long distances, we thank you. We are grateful to Delia's great neighbours and friends for their kindness and friendship, especially her long time carer Lisa Mooney. Our sincere thanks to the staff of St. James' Hospital. BuĆ­ochas O ChroĆ­ do Fr. Paul Lavelle, PP Rathgar, Mons. Brendan Houlihan, and Fr. Ray Flaherty, Tuam who celebrated Delia's Funeral Mass; To Fanagan's Funeral Directors whose professionalism and help was much appreciated. As we have been unable to contact every person individually we ask that this message be accepted as an expression of our sincere appreciation for all your support. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions."and when life's sweet fable ends,
soul and body part like friends,
no quarrels, murmurs, no delay
a kiss, a sigh, and so away"
