O'SHEA, Ann (St Ita's Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9) and formerly of St. Finians Terrace, Waterville, Co. Kerry, died July 31, 2008 - Ann's sister Noreen and Seamus Moriarty, Castlecove, Co. Kerry, and brother John and Marian O'Shea, Carrigaline, Co. Cork, nieces Helen, Louise, Siobhan and Eavan, nephews Aidan and James and extended families would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who offered sympathy and support to us during Ann's illness and death. We would like to thank our families, neighbours, relatives and friends who called to our house, send Mass Cards, letters of sympathy and flowers. Thanks to those who travelled long distances to Dublin and Kerry to be with us for the funeral Mass and burial. Thanks to Fr Sean Mundo, Glasnevin and Fr Joe McCarthy who celebrated Masses. To Jack Fitzgerald Undertakers, Waterville and Michael Lucey for all the funeral arrangements and to the grave diggers also. Thanks to Mary Horgan and Aine Sheehan for their music and singing. Special thanks to Ged and Paula Pearse for their kindness and support to Ann, especially during her illness and to all Ann's close friends. Thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Mater Private Hospital for their kindness and support. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deepest appreciate and gratitude. Mass will be offered for your intentions.

I worked with Ann in Dublin City Council over 30 years ago. I was so very sorry to hear of her death. I was on a career break in USA at the time and only learned (totally by accident when I looked up her name) that she had passed away...totally too soon. She was such a lovely, beautiful, elegant lady, always beautifully dressed with her lovely red hair. May She Rest in Peace.
