O'CONNOR, Dr. Eamon (Rathgar late of Cherry Orchard Hospital) died February 14, 2015 - We, the family of Eamon, would like to thank most sincerely our extended family, friends and neighbours who supported and sympathised with us in the sad loss of our beloved father Eamon. Our thanks to all who attended the funeral Mass, especially those who travelled long distances and also to those who sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy. A special thanks to Fr. Liam Hickey and to the staff in Cherry Orchard Hospital for organising the Month's Mind Mass, and to Fanagan's Funeral Undertakers for their support. We are especially grateful to his GP, Dr. Brendan Clune and to the staff of St. James's Hospital and Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross for caring so wonderfully for Eamon during his illness. We trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.Always missed, never forgotten.
