O'CONNELL, Brian Augustine, died peacefully on Thursday September 18, 2009, after a long illness. May he rest in peace. He will be sorely missed by his sisters Nuala and Ethna, his nieces and nephews, great niece and great nephews, his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, his extended family and his many friends. Funeral at 1 p.m. on Monday September 28 in West London Crematorium and afterwards at the house. No flowers. Donations if desired to Cancer Research, C/o J.H. Kenyon Funeral Directors, Westbourne Grove.
