LANGAN Sr. Majella (Convent of St. Louis, Carrickmacross, formerly of Balla, Co. Mayo) October 16, 2015, (suddenly) at Dealgan House Nursing Home, Dundalk, pre-deceased by her brothers Michéal and Joe. Deeply regretted by her loving sisters Mary and Lucia, her brothers Jimmy and Noel, sisters in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, her St. Louis Community and her many friends. May she Rest in Peace. Reposing at St. Louis Convent, Carrickmacross today (Tuesday) from 3.00pm to 8.00pm with evening prayers at 5.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10.30am to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross for Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Castletown, Fatima, Dundalk. LANGAN, Sr. Majella SSL, (Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and Balla, Co. Mayo) - As we remember Majella on her First Anniversary, we, our family, acknowledge with gratitude the commitment of the St. Louis Sisters throughout her religious life, and their hospitality to us always. We wish to thank all who sympathised with and supported us in our grief. We thank all who paid their respects while Sr. Majella reposed in the Convent, those who attended her funeral Mass and interment. To all who travelled long distances, thank you. Our thanks to the celebrant, Fr. McKenna, concelebrants Frs. Cooney and McManus. Our thanks to the organist, choir and soloist and to the children and school staff who formed a guard of honour in Carrickmacross and Dundalk. We thank Fr. Vinod. We wish to acknowledge the care Sr. Majella received while residing at Dealgan Nursing Home, including the professional care of Dr. Sarah O'Brien, Dundalk. We appreciate the tribute by Dealgan Staff at St. Joseph's. Our thanks to Fr. Denis Carney, P.P., Balla who celebrated a Memorial Mass for Majella in December 2015. We thank all who attended. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
