WALSH, Dr. Michael, (Colonel retired), (The Grove, Celbridge, Co. Kildare and Bohola, Co. Mayo), March 2, 2017. Predeceased by his wife Maureen and son Luke. Beloved father of Maire, Stephen, Paul, Deirdre and Emer and daughter-in-law Karen. Sadly missed by his sons and daughters, brothers Frank, Sean and Kevin, brothers-in-law Tom and Patrick, his adored grandchildren Ronan, Jack, Brian, Luke and Tom, extended family and many friends. Reposing at Coen's Funeral Home, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo today (Friday) March 3 from 4.00pm - 7.00pm. Removal to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Kilmactigue, Aclare, Co. Sligo arriving at 8.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection tomorrow (Saturday) March 4 at 12.00pm with burial afterwards in Kilmactigue cemetery. 'Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis'

On the First Anniversary of Michael's death his family and extended family would like to thank most sincerely all those who supported us in our loss. We would like to particularly thank the Defence Forces for their participation in the funeral arrangements. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions.
