POWDERLY, (née Studdert), Mary (Kilmacud and late of Kilmurry McMahon, Co. Clare) December 25, 2017, peacefully in Clonskeagh Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Niall and much loved mother of Billy Thérèse, Susan and Niall. Very sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Betsy and Dolores, sons-in-law Dan and Adrian, grandchildren Niall, Ailis, Hannah, Sam, Luke and Lauryn, brother Joe, sister Tess, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum this (Thursday) afternoon from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Removal tomorrow (Friday) morning to the Church of St Thérèse, Mount Merrion arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
POWDERLY Mary - (Kilmacud, Co. Dublin) (Died December 25, 2017). To mark Mary's First Anniversary, her sons, Billy and Niall, and her daughters, Therese and Susan, would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks to all who supported the family in Mary's final months and for the countless expressions of sympathy at the time of her death. We would like to thank the priests in St. Thérèse's Church in Mount Merrion for celebrating Mary's funeral Mass. Special mention to the staff in the Sycamore Ward, Clonskea Nursing Home who looked after Mary with great care at all times and to all of Mary's neighbours and friends who attended her funeral Mass, sent letters, Mass cards or contacted us. In addition, sincere thanks to all in Fanagans Funeral Home in Dundrum who helped us with the funeral arrangements. Please accept this notice as an expression of our sincere gratitude all who helped us during this difficult time.
