DUNNE, (née Danaher) Lucy (Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin) December 25, 2018 after a long illness, courageously borne, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of the Mater Private Hospital. Beloved wife and best friend of Brian, treasured mother of Sarah and Anna, cherished daughter of Celine and the late Gus, beloved sister of Paul; sadly missed by her parents-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, uncle, aunts, cousins, extended family and many friends. Removal this Friday evening to the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion due 5 pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 11.30 am followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society. House private.

DUNNE Lucy (née Danaher) (Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin) - On the First Anniversary of Lucy's death on Christmas morning, Brian, Sarah, Anna, Celine and Paul together with our families wish to express our sincere thanks to those who attended Lucy's funeral, many of whom travelled long distances to be with us. We would also like to express our gratitude to those who sent cards and letters. We are deeply grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mater Private Hospital who looked after Lucy during her illness, and to the priests and parish team who assisted with her funeral. Lucy is always in our thoughts.
