MONKS, Gerry (Gerard), Foxrock and formerly Ashfield Park, Armagh and Brussels - July 17, 2015, unexpectedly in Brussels; beloved husband and best friend of Breda. Greatly missed by his brother Brendan, sister-in-law Helen, nieces Sinead and Caoilinn, the extended Monks and Naughton families, his dearly cherished circle of friends in Ireland and abroad, colleagues in Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation in Dublin and in the Permanent Representation for Ireland in Brussels, relatives and friends. Removal on Saturday, July 25 to Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, 213 Harold's Cross Road, Dublin 6W arriving for funeral mass at 11.30am and cremation afterwards at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Irish Mountain Rescue, (www.mountainrescue.ie), collection box at church."Peace Perfect Peace"
