CALLANAN (FURLONG), Gerry (died November 2, 2009) - Gerry's wife Máire, son Gerry, and daughter Margaret would like to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with, and lent their support, during their sudden and unexpected loss. Our particular gratitude goes to all of his many great friends, especially those who participated in, and, attended his Memorial Mass, wrote wonderful letters, and sent Mass cards. These continue to be a huge comfort, and, are a constant reminder of the measure of great affection and regard that Gerry was held in. As it would be impossible for us to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all, with our heartfelt appreciation. Much loved and greatly missed, we take great solace from the countless happy memories, good times and many adventures we shared with Gerry; keen swimmer, eternal optimist and larger than life personality.
