McKENNA, Very Rev. Kevin Joseph (retired Parish Priest, Dungiven) died Friday 25th April 2014 peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Charles and Roseann McKenna (Drumderg, Draperstown) and loving brother of Frank, Charles and the late Patrick, Thomas, Sr. Susanna and Teresa. His remains are reposing in St. Patrick's Church, Dungiven. Requiem Mass will be celebrated today (Monday) at 12 noon followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Sadly missed by Bishop Donal McKeown, retired bishops and priests of the diocese, his devoted housekeeper Bridie Lynch, his brothers, his sister-in-law Teresa, his brother-in-law Vincent, nephews, nieces, family circle, his many close friends and former parishioners.
