O'BEIRNE Sister Benedict OSB (Maeve), (Kylemore Abbey, Connemara, Co. Galway) September 17, 2018, peacefully, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of An Teaghlach Uilinn, Moycullen. Deeply regretted by Mother Maire, her Benedictine community, her sister Isobel and many nieces and nephews. Requiem Mass this (Thursday) afternoon at 3pm in Kylemore Abbey followed by burial in the Abbey cemetery.Requiescat in Pace

I remember sister Benedict with Fond memories. I own her late fathers old Bentley which I drove to Kylemore some years ago. She enjoyed being driven in it Again after so many years.
