CAULWELL (Vivienne) (Dublin) (Died February 3, 2010) - Niall, Graham, Scott, Leah and all Vivienne's family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss; those who called to the house, sent letters, Mass Cards, flowers, and all who attended the funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, Ballinteer, and who travelled long distances to be with the family. Our thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mater Hospital for the exceptional and devoted care that they gave Vivienne over her times of illness. For those who supported Vivienne and her family, your kindness will never be forgotten. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. "Miss me, but let me go..."
