NOLAN, George, (June 2013, late of George Nolan Equip.) - On his first anniversary, George's wife Jean, sons Alan and Will, daughter Linda, son-in-law Shay, daughter-in-law Rachel, Will's fiancée Jane and her daughter Sadhbh, grandchildren Adam, Matthew, Holly, Jack, Sam, Katie would like to express their sincere thanks to their extended family and friends for their support during the last year. Those who sympathised with us during our sad loss, sent Mass Cards and letters of condolences, those who travelled long distances to be with us, we appreciated greatly. Special thanks to the Beacon Renal Unit for their great care for George in the previous six years, also to Prof. Watson and his team at St. Vincent's U.H. Thanks to the Royal Hospital, Donnybrook for caring for George for his last few weeks, to the S.I.M.I. for their lovely memorial service, and to the Legato Singers. Thank you for remembering him. George is gone to God one year,
but he will be in our hearts forever.
NOLAN - George - Late of George Nolan Equipment Ltd., on his tenth anniversary. Lovingly remembered by his wife Jean, sons Alan and Will, daughter Linda, daughters-in-law Rachel and Jane, son-in-law Shay, and grandchildren Adam, Matthew, Sadhbh, Holly, Jack, Sam and Katie.
Our lives go on without you,
But nothing is the same;
We have to hide our heartache,
When someone speaks your name.
Sad are the hearts that love you,
Silent are the tears that fall,
Living here without you,
Is the hardest part of all.
“He fought the good fight.”
