SCARGILL Jasper Chapman (Dalkey, Co. Dublin - Died October 22, 2012). On Jasper's First Anniversary his children Philip, Barbara, Hilary and Geoff together with their mother Ethel and the wider family circle, wish to acknowledge with sincere gratitude all those who sympathised with them following their sad loss of a much loved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
