O'CONNELL - The O'Connell family would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who gave their support in so many ways following the unexpected death of Eddie. A special thanks to our wonderful neighbours and marvellous friends for their kindness and generosity during our difficult time, to all those who visited us and prayed with us at home, to all who sent Mass Cards and letters, so numerous that it is impossible to mention each individually; to Fr. Mark English who concelebrated his funeral Mass, assisted by Fr. John Cullen P.P., Canon Paddy Murray and Fr. John Coughlan (Athlone), to Monsignor Dermot Farrell who showed us great compassion, to Virginia Kerr, a friend of Eddie's who sang so magnificently at his Mass. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
