Our lovely man.
HUTCH, Barry - As we approach the First Anniversary of our beloved Barry's death (May 29, 2015) Mary, Stephanie, Eleanore, Arianne, Sean and all our extended family wish to most sincerely thank all those who supported us in every way during Barry's long illness, at his funeral, and since then. We give our heartfelt thanks to all of our relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues in the ESB and the Pensions Authority who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, floral tributes, those who telephoned and texted. We especially thank all those who visited Barry throughout his illness and those who helped us so much when Barry was reposing at home. Our sincerest thanks and utmost appreciation to the amazing Teams in Carew House in St. Vincent's Hospital, Gascoigne House in Cowper Care, Morehampton Clinic Donnybrook and to the wonderful Range Roque for their loving and professional care of Barry and their kindness to us as a family. Our thanks also to all the staff in St. Catherine's Association Wicklow and all in ASDI (The Paddocks) for their support to Sean and all the family over the last number of years. A special thanks to all in the Beggars Bush for their kindness to Barry. We thank Fr. Seamus O'Flynn who taught Barry in Castleknock College and who so lovingly administered to him in his final days and said the remarkable funeral and Month's Mind Masses. We fondly remember Fr. Brendan Steen who was Barry's mentor in his Castleknock days and who also participated in his funeral Mass together with Fr. Peter Slevin and Mgr. Lorcan O'Brien whom we also thank. We thank Johnsie for his wonderful eulogy which captured Barry so well. We would like to thank Fanagans Funeral Directors for their dignified, caring and professional service provided in the very difficult days after Barry's death and at the funeral. We thank also Simon Morgan who sang so beautifully and movingly at the funeral Mass. All of your support has meant so much and has been a great consolation to us in the loss of our lovely man who we miss more than we can say. Barry will always be lovingly remembered by his family and all his many friends. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest gratitude to all as it would be impossible to contact everyone individually. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
