GAVIN Jack (late of Rathfarnham Dublin) - January 28, 2011 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Tallaght Hospital, beloved husband of Joan, adored father of Declan, Diarmuid, Niamh, Emer and the late Conor. Sadly missed by his wife, children, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass Monday 11.30am, in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, followed by burial at Mount Venus Cemetery. No flowers please.Requiescat in pace

<p>Jack's passing</p> <p>So sorry to hear about Jack's passing - grew up in Fairways and know the Gavin family very well - my love to Joan, and the family. Although I moved away some years ago always remember the great welcome we had as children/teenagers/ 20's and beyond! and the welcome our own children have had at "98" xxx</p>
