SWEENEY, (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Muckerstown, The Ward, Co. Dublin) - June 8, 2014 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at Mount Pleasant Lodge Nursing Home, Kilcock. John (Cyril), beloved husband of the late Renée, dear father of Lynda, John, Nichola, Rhonda, Marcus and Daniel and a devoted grandfather. Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at Cunningham's Funeral Home, Church Avenue Blanchardstown this (Tuesday) evening from 5.00 o'clock to 7.00 o'clock. Removal from his residence (house private) to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock tomorrow (Wednesday) morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00 o'clock followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
