KENNY Finola (Kimmage Road West, Dublin) died June 21, 2012. On the occasion of her Month's Mind Finola's ashes were placed in the Columbarium Wall in Mount Venus Cemetery yesterday. Mary, along with the Lyford family, would like to thank everyone who supported and cared for Finola in her recent illness and all who have supported us since her death. Thanks to all the staff of St Vincent's University Hospital and a special thanks to her friends, Finola's 'guardian angels', who cared so tenderly for her. Thank you too to the Martin and Murray families and all our dear friends for their wonderful support in the days following Finola's death. A special thank you is extended to all our many friends for sharing their talents and embracing Finola in music, prayer and words in our home and at her removal and funeral services. A special thanks to the Carmelite community, and in particular Frs. Miceal O'Neill, John Keating and Eoin Moore, for praying with and for Finola and for the warmth and welcome provided to her in the chapel at Terenure College. Thanks to Finola's friends, both human and canine, in Irish Therapy Dogs for joining Mala in the guard of honour. Thank you to everyone for wrapping Finola in love and honouring a woman we are blessed to have loved and been loved by."Let us not look for you only
in memory, where we would
grow lonely without you.
You would want us to find you in
presence, beside us when beauty
brightens, when kindness glows
and music echoes eternal tones".
Benedictus.
