TOMEK Vladimir Phd., (Knight of the Order of Malta and C. Eng., M. IEI.) (Killiney, Co. Dublin and formerly of Prague) - November 9, 2012 (peacefully) at St. Michael's Hospital. Dearly beloved husband of Danuta and much loved father of Dana. Sadly missed by all his family including his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Service on Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross.
