SWEENEY (Drumcondra) - September 8, 2013, at home, Padraig, beloved husband and best friend of Bernadette, and devoted father of Niamh (and her fiancé Cian), Padraig and Orlaith, and much loved son of Joseph and recently deceased Kathleen; sadly missed by his loving family, sister Phil, brothers Declan, Finian and Kevin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. Funeral today, Thursday after 10 o'clock Requiem Mass at Corpus Christi Church, Homefarm Road to Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the R.N.L.I.

SWEENEY Padraig, (late of Drumcondra) - died September 8, 2013. On the First Anniversary of Padraig's death, his wife Bernadette, daughters Niamh and Orlaith, son Padraig, his father Joe and Niamh's husband Cian, would like to thank our extended families, friends and neighbours who showed us such love and support during the sudden and devastating loss of our beloved Padraig. To all who attended the wake at our home and the Funeral and to all who sent us letters, cards, messages and flowers, your kindness and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. To Fr. William King of Corpus Christi Church who celebrated the Funeral Mass and to Kirwan Funeral Directors - thank you for helping us through those dark days just after Padraig's death. Padraig's Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in Nazareth House, Malahide Road tomorrow (Sunday, September 7) at 11.30am. We trust this Acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deepest gratitude and appreciation.
