COBBE (Gormagh, Tullamore, Co. Offaly) - April 27, 2014 at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore. Noel, dearly loved husband of Muriel and father of Olive (Johnston), Doreen (McMorris), Trevor, Derek, Wendy (Lang) and Brian, father-in-law of Robert, Reggie and Alistair. Much loved granddad of Dayle, Neale, Padma, Rachel, Jamie and Anna. Sadly missed by his relatives, neighbours and many friends. Reposing at home today, Monday from 5pm to 10pm. Removal to St. Catherine's Church, Tullamore tomorrow, Tuesday for Service at 2pm. Burial afterwards in St. Columba's graveyard, Durrow. House private on Tuesday morning. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to The Friends of Tullamore Hospital. At Peace
COBBE, Noel (Gormagh, Durrow, Tullamore) - At the first anniversary of Noel's death, Muriel along with Olive (Johnston), Doreen (McMorris), Trevor, Derek, Wendy (Lang) and Brian wish to thank most sincerely all those who supported the family in so many ways at the time of his funeral, particularly those who called to the house, those who travelled from near and afar to attend the funeral service and those who sent sympathy cards, Mass cards and letters. Muriel and family would like to express special thanks to the carers who attended to Noel so very well during his illness, to those who visited him regularly, to Rev. Ruth Nobel and Rev. David Hutton-Bury for making the funeral service so meaningful and to the funeral director, Bernard O'Grady. As it is impossible for us to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our genuine appreciation and gratitude.
