Ó MUIRÍ, Dr. Damien (Walkinstown, died on December 21, 2010) - On this the First Anniversary of Damien's death, his wife Bríd and children Bláthmhac, Ornat and Aonghus would like to thank all those who offered their condolences to us at the time of Damien's death. A special word of thanks to the Emergency Services that responded so quickly in the heavy snow; to our neighbour Margaret Walsh; to Father Micheál Mac Gréil for his memorable Requiem Mass; to Brendan Kilty, Martin Pulbrook and Ciarán Ó Coigligh for their eloquent and literary tributes to Damien; to the musicians for their uplifting music; to Shay Claffey, Chaplain N.U.I., Maynooth and to Neil Massey for his professional handling of the funeral arrangements. We thank those who have contacted the family throughout the year. Your support and sympathy have helped us to cope with our great loss.
