O'FLAHERTY (née Morrissey), Liz. Blackrock, County Dublin - April 25, 2014 in the wonderful care of the staff of the Cedar Ward, St. Vincent's Private Hospital, darling wife of Simon and dearest mother of Aran and Jack. Deeply missed by Simon and the boys and by her loving father Ted, her sister Sarah and her brothers Alan and Keith. She will be sadly missed by her parents-in-law, her brothers-in-law, her sister-in-law, and by her many great friends. May she rest in peace. Removal to St. Patrick's Church, Monkstown to arrive on Wednesday April, 30 before Requiem Mass at 11.30 o'clock and thereafter to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society.
O'FLAHERTY, Liz (First Anniversary, April 25) - On the occasion of her First Anniversary, Liz's husband Simon and her two boys, Aran and Jack, would sincerely like to thank their family and many friends for their sympathy and kindness during the past twelve months. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all who attended the funeral Mass for Liz, visited the house and sent letters, Mass cards and flowers. We wish to express our special thanks to all who cared for Liz during her final days. The support and kindness she received will never be forgotten by her family. We hope that this acknowledgement will reflect our appreciation and genuine thanks to you all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Liz is dearly missed and lovingly remembered today and always.
