HIGGINS, Frank (Saggart, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballinteer, Dublin 16 and Longford) - August 27, 2012. Unexpectedly, at his home. Beloved father of Julian and Stephen. Deeply regretted by his dear friend Patricia, brothers John, Most Reverend Richard B. Higgins (Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA), Willie, sister Marie, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Funeral Service on Friday afternoon at 2pm in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross. Family flowers only please.
