DEIGHAN George (Donnycarney, Dublin) - December 31, 2014, peacefully, at St. Vincent's University Hospital, following a long illness so bravely borne, beloved father of David and Michele and grandfather of Darragh, loving brother of Peter, Teresa, Paddy, Jimmy, Terry and the late Angela, Gladys and Noel; George will be so sadly missed by his son, daughter, grandson, brothers, sister, brothers- and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and his many friends. Reposing at Lanigans Funeral Home, 21 Beaumont Road, Dublin 9 on Monday evening, January 5, from 6.30pm - 8.00pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of George's life will take place on Tuesday, January 6 at 4.00pm in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
