We are especially grateful to those who attended Dick's Funeral in such large numbers, to those who sent cards and messages, also the many relatives, friends and neighbours who came to the house to pay last respects to Dick and for their continued help and support throughout the past year. A special word of thanks also to the carers and staff of Glebe House, Kilternan who looked after Dick so kindly and professionally. We also wish to thank Fr. Dermot Leycock who celebrated Requiem Mass for Dick and who recalled with much humour the various encounters he had with Dick on the golf course. Dick's Anniversary Mass will take place at Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, today Saturday (September 16) at 7.00pm. Dick is lovingly remembered and sadly missed today and always by Jean and family.
