Remembering Martin J

One of the bright sides of very sad events like Martin's passing, is the memories -sometimes well covered up with age and time - that get reignited and cause one to smile and be grateful for knowing this good man. I fondly remember playing rubgy with him over our 12 years together in Pres. Bray, singing with him in a ballad group where he worked magic with a pair of spoons, and enjoying lots of pints on trips home from America after we finished at Pres. I remember a man of great generosity, humanity, support, who was also blessed with a delightful sense of humor. I am grateful to have crossed his path for a while.

Cecil Killacky

jim19k@gmail.com
