HIGGS (Ballyclider, Portlaoise) - November 18, 2009, in the excellent care of the staff of Patterson's Nursing Home, Roscrea, James (Jimmy), beloved brother of Lily, Joan, Rhoda, Marjorie, and the late Dorothy; deeply regretted by his sisters, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and wonderful neighbours and friends. Reposing at the Regional Hospital, Portlaoise from 1 o'c today (Friday) with removal at 2 o'c arriving at St. Peter's Church, Portlaoise for 2.30 o'clock Service. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery"Nearer my God to Thee"
