GOWING John Christopher, (Clonlee, Clareen, Birr, Co. Offaly and formerly Killeen House, Daingean), May 2, 2016 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of The Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, having been in the care of the wonderful staff of Eliza Lodge Nursing Home. Predeceased by his infant son Edward, daughter Catherine, brothers Frank, Thomas, Richard and Ned, sisters Kit, Mary, Angela, and Ann. Loving husband of Maureen, dear father of Emma and brother of Robin, deeply regretted by his loving family, son in law Shay, extended family and friends. Rest In Peace. Reposing at Boyd's Funeral Home, Birr today (Wednesday) from 6.00pm - 8.00pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) in St. Flannan's Church, Kinnitty at 11.00 o'clock Burial afterwards in St. Flannan's Cemetery. Family flowers only please. House Private.
