GRIFFIN , James J. (Jim), (Lt. Col. rtd.), (Salthill, Galway) - March 27, 2010, in his 93rd year (peacefully), at University Hospital, Galway, husband of the late Maura (née Hannon) and father of the late Rosemarie and Fr. Richard; deeply regretted by his loving sons John and Jimmy (Jim), his sister Philo, daughters-in-law Mary and Clare, grandchildren Carol, Ross, Ciaran and Emma, his nieces and nephews (Horgan's and Griffin's), relatives and friends. Funeral after Mass at 11 a.m. this (Monday) morning at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill to Forthill Cemetery.May his gentle soul rest in peace.
