HARMON, Vincent, (Malahide, Co. Dublin) - February 11, 2014, late of Met Éireann, peacefully and surrounded by his family, in the excellent care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital. Born New York and late of Haulbowline, Cork and Salterstown, Louth. Brother of the late Philip and beloved husband for fifty-seven years of Eileen and father to Ian, Evelyn, Yvonne, Paul, Joanne and Brian. Cherished Granddad to Kyna, Emma, Sophie, Mia, Lara and Ruben Daniel. Lovingly remembered by his sisters, Eileen and Dolores, daughters-in-law, Maureen and Sarah, son-in-law, Gavin, sisters-in-law, Sabina and Christina, brother-in-law, Pat, nephew, Philip Michael and cousins in Ireland, England, America and Australia. Will be missed by friends, neighbours and carers as well as colleagues, past and present. Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Strand Road, Portmarnock tomorrow, Thursday with removal to St Sylvester's Church, Malahide, to arrive at 5.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Friday, followed by service at Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimer Society of Ireland.May he Rest in Peace.

HARMON - On the occasion of Vincent's First Anniversary (February 11, 2014), his wife Eileen, family Ian, Evelyn, Yvonne, Paul, Joanne and Brian and sisters, Eileen and Dolores, would like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their expressions of sympathy on his death. Special thanks to the staff of Beaumont Hospital for the care and attention they gave Vincent during his stay and the carers of Home Instead. We would also like to thank Fr. Peter Briscoe for the beautiful Service, all the people who attended the funeral on both days and particularly those who travelled long distances. A Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
