LEE (Edward Samuel) (Carrigaline, Co. Cork and late of Portarlington) - January 28, 2007, (peacefully) in the arms of his family and in the wonderful care of the staff of the Bon Secours Hospital; deeply regretted by his loving wife Linda, children Jackie, Ted, Stephanie and Jane, sister Phyllis, sisters-in-law Ann and Olga, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Reception into St Mary's Church, Carrigaline this (Tuesday) evening at 7 o'clock Funeral Service tomorrow (Wednesday) at 12 noon. Cremation later. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Bon Secours Cancer Ward.
