CUNNINGHAM, David - On the First Anniversary of the death of our beloved son David, his parents Steve and Marg™t, sisters Jennifer and Ursula and brother Barry, his niece and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and all in the extended Cunningham and Molloy families who loved him dearly wish to express their gratitude to those very many people who supported us in our sorrow and throughout the past sad year. We deeply appreciate the kindness of those who called to our house, sent messages of sympathy, donated generously to Galway Hospice and to those who sent letters expressing their deep sense of loss, even from those who had just met David briefly. We are especially grateful to all those who travelled long distances. We are forever mindful of the dedication of his wonderful friends in San Francisco both throughout his life in San Francisco and particularly throughout his illness. Above all, we are indebted to his dear friends Hugh Cotter and Susan Coghlan and Jamie Doyle and Wendy Marlatt who were always there for him right to the very end. We are also sincerely grateful for the care and concern shown by the Captain and Crew of Aer Lingus flight EI146. Their tender solicitude will forever be remembered. Our Parish Priest Fr. Gerry Jennings was a tower of strength to our family during this most difficult time and his great kindness was deeply appreciated and will never be forgotten.Brón ar an mbás, ní féidir a shéanadh leagann sé úr is crion le chéile.
