THOMPSON William George (Bill) (Foxrock, Dublin 18) - March 13, 2015, reunited with his beloved wife Gladys, cherished Dad of Hilary (MacDonald), Jennifer (O'Doherty), Susan and Beverley, dearly loved and wonderful Papa of Ross, William, Darren, Kate, Murray, Cameron and Blake; deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his daughters, brother-in-law Victor, sons-in-law Alec and Donagh, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Funeral Service on St. Patrick's Day, (Tuesday, March 17) at 11.00 o'clock in St. Brigid's Parish Church, Stillorgan followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only. House private. "The day thou gavest,
Lord, is ended"

<p>Deepest sympathy of a lovely man</p> <p>We were both saddened to hear of Bill's passing. He was a true gentleman and we have many happy memories of him, particularly of the BB Show with which he was so involved in the National Concert Hall and where we had so much fun. Thoughts and prayers with you all at this sad time.</p>
