MEATES, (née Rainsford), Irene, Foxrock, Dublin 18 - June 11, 2013. Peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at the Beacon Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Ken Meates, mother of Alan and Simon, sister of Hazel, Olive and Victor, mother-in-law of Marion, loving grandmother of Sean, Aoife and Fionn. Sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Funeral Service this Friday (June 14th) at 11am in Kill o' the Grange Church of Ireland Parish Church, Deansgrange, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Flowers are welcome at Irene's own request. Special thanks to friends, relatives, colleagues and especially the nurses at the Beacon for carrying Irene and family through the last few months to Irene's final rest.
