WALSH (Beaumont, Dublin and formerly of the Blood Transfusion Service Board) - October 1, 2006 (peacefully), at home, in the presence of his loving family, Paddy, beloved husband of Phyllis; sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters Annette and Denise and sons Stephen and Derek, daughters- in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandson, sisters and brother, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
