O'REILLY-LEDWITH, Frances (née O'Brien), (late of Glenavy Park, Terenure, Dublin) - Our lovely mum passed away one year ago on October 22, 2012, from a long battle with cancer. Fergus, Donagh, Colman, Conor, Peter, Mary, and sisters Freda and Breda would like to thank most sincerely all those who cared for mum both in St. James's Hospital and in Blackrock Clinic, where Mr. David Fennelly, Dr. Illyas, Fr. Gerry (chaplain) and the staff of Nightingale Ward looked after mum with immense kindness and care in her final journey. To the Hospice day nurses in Harold's Cross, district nurse and her doctor, David Coffey, we would like to express our thanks also. To her wonderful neighbours who maintained a watchful eye over her, especially Isolde Coveney with whom mum spent many happy hours in her beautiful garden. To her many friends and acquaintances who visited and prayed for mum during her illness and most especially her bridge partner, Carmel Doyle with whom mum had such a laugh. To Fr. Tom McNamara SMA, who comforted Mum and prepared her for her departure from this world and for his celebration of Mum's Requiem Mass. A special thanks also to past and present singers of Classicus Youth Chamber Choir who sang so beautifully for Frances. To Fr. McDonnell PP and Fr. Dooley and the community of St. Joseph's with whom mum made many friends in her capacity as daily communicant and reader of The Liturgy. To Massey Funeral Directors we want to thank you for the professional and dignified manner in which you organised the funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope you will accept this as an expression of our gratitude. Mum's First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph's Church tomorrow (Sunday) at 10.00 o'clock
