HAYES (Mallow, Co. Cork) - August 27, 2012 peacefully in the presence of his loving family at Cork University Hospital. Joe (former postmaster of Cavan and Mallow), Blackrock Park, husband of the late Dot and loving father of Eleanor (Morrissey), Ruth (Hickey), Jerry, Pat, Jodie and Deirdre (Barrow). Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Andy and Denis, sister Ann, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. May he rest in peace. Lying in repose tomorrow (Wednesday) at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue from 6.30pm to 8pm followed by removal to the Church of the Resurrection. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery.
