CAHALIN (Tony) (Mount Merrion) - Today, on Tony's First Anniversary, his wife Maureen and family Helen, Maeve, Gerry, Brian and Eimear say a sincere thank you to all those who cared for him and supported him and us during his illness. We are deeply grateful to all who sympathised with us when he died; those who called to the house, attended the funeral, sent flowers, Mass Cards and letters, those who travelled long distances to be with us, and made donations in his memory to the Blackrock Hospice. Particular thanks are due to his GPs Dr Paddy Feeney and Dr Deirdre Reynolds and their practice staff, his consultant, Mr. Michael Moriarty, the staff of St. Vincent's Private Hospital, and his fantastic carer Mary McKeown. We can never express enough gratitude to the staff of the Blackrock Hospice; the Day Hospice whose care enriched his last months so much, the Hospice Homecare Team, whom he loved to see calling, and all the staff at the Hospice who made his last days easier. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
