O'BRIEN, Patricia Marsh, Leopardstown Road - On the occasion of Patricia's first anniversary (November 29th), Tim, Deirdre, Aidan, Karla, Lesley, Nicholas, and the extended family, would like to express our sincere appreciation to all those friends and neighbours who gave such great support to Patricia during her illness. We would also like to thank all those many people who attended her funeral, who sent Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards, and letters. To Dr. Tom Maughan, to the doctors and nurses on the third floor of the Beacon Hospital, and to the nurses from the Stillorgan HSE, go our particular thanks for the wonderful care and attention they gave to Patricia. We are also grateful to Fr. Derek Smyth of Foxrock Parish for his assistance and for his kind words of wisdom. To Fanagans Funeral Directors also goes our gratitude for the sympathetic and professional manner in which they organised Patricia's funeral. Since it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope and trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all.
