GLEESON Frank (Artane, Dublin, formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary) - Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at St Francis Hospice, Raheny, after an inspirational life and a long and heroic battle against cancer. Husband of the late Patricia. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons Michael, Barry, Brendan and his wife Mary, Frank and his wife Anne, sister Peg, sisters-in-law Irene and Evie, brother-in-law Ger, grandchildren Domhnall, Fergus, Brian, Rory, Aoife, Cáit and Tadhg, cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbours and all his many friends and carers. Funeral today (Thursday) after 10 o'clock Mass in the Church of Our Lady of Mercy, Artane to Fingal Cemetery, Balgriffin, Co. Dublin. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Francis Hospice, Raheny.'Flights of angels sing thee to thy rest'
