COLTER Cecil David (Died September 19, 2012) - Doris, Linda, Robert, Richard, Andrew and William would like to thank most sincerely those who sympathised with them on the recent sad loss of Cecil, a dear husband, father and grandfather (Pa), especially the staff of the Blackrock Hospice, Rev.
