BRANSFIELD (John Joseph) (Jack) - July 3, 2010 (peacefully), at Borders General Hospital, Melrose, Scotland, aged 89 years, formerly of Balbriggan and former G.P. of Oakworth, England for 35 years, beloved husband of Doreen, loving father and friend of Caitriona, John, Kieran and Bernard and father-in-law of Michael, Sally and Belinda, a much loved Grandpa and a great-grandfather and a dear brother of Ann. Relatives and friends please meet at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Haworth on Wednesday, July 14 at 12 noon for Service prior to interment at Oakworth Cemetery.
