O'CONNOR (Boolakeel, Ballinskelligs, Co. Kerry and Old Head Golf Links, Co. Cork) - June 10, 2013 (peacefully) at Kerry General Hospital after a brief illness, John, beloved father to Ben, brother to Patrick, Sheila and Margaret, uncle to Lhara, Karen, Matthew, Ciara, Kelly and Patrick, partner to Rebecca, founder and creator of Old Head Golf Links. Reposing at Boolakeel House today (Wednesday) from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and tomorrow (Thursday) from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Bus shuttle from Cable O'Leary's). Funeral after Mass in Dungegan Church at 11 a.m. on Friday followed by burial at Abbey Cemetery, Ballinskelligs. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Irish Hospice Foundation or R.N.L.I.May he rest in peace.
