Appreciation from a former student

My years at the Crescent were fundamental to my later life, and Mr O'Brien played a leading role in making it interesting, constructive and spiced with a sense of humour. He stands out in my memory. May he rest in peace, knowing that for me and my brothers, and for many others, he remains a kindly figure who made a big difference.

John O'Brien RIP

John was the first man who taught me that when you did something wrong, it was better to own up and take responsibility for your actions. I am lucky to have had someone take the time.

Thank you John.

Gavin O'Malley (Crescent 85-90)
