Dublin) July 11, 2014 very suddenly but peacefully in thewonderful care of the staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park; Tom much loved life long partner of Dolly O'Kane. He will be very sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Requiescat In Pace. Funeral has taken place privately at Tom's request.</p>
